How to Order

 

You can contact us with your order by telephone, post or email.

 

We will need your name, address, phone number and email address if you have one.

We will require what you want model-wise, including:-

Train type

Unit number

Destination required, both ends?

Headcode required, both ends?

DCC required

Any other details?

Payment

 

We accept payment by:-

 

PayPal (Friends and Family)

BACS Bank transfer

Cheque (Made payable to Britannia Pacific Models)

 

I’m afraid that we cannot accept payment by debit or credit card

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Terms & Conditions

 

On placing an order, we will require a £30 non-refundable deposit.

On receipt of order we will issue you with our next available build slot and confirm you order and anticipated delivery in a letter.

About six weeks before your anticipated delivery date we will contact you again to confirm your details and model requirements.

At this stage we will require a further 25% non-refundable payment.

On special, non-prototypical schemes the above amount will be 50%

As the model is nearing completion, we will contact you once more to confirm delivery details and the final payment.

Once the model is complete and payment received, we will send the model to you.

The model remains our property until full payment is received.

 

 

 

 

 

Postage & Packing

 

All of our prices include postage and packing to a UK address.

We generally use Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked service.

If you would like us to use a different service, please contact us for details.

We generally do not accept visitors at our premises but if you wish to collect your model, please contact us for details.

If you live outside the UK, please contact us for a quotation for the delivery costs of your model.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After Care

 

We want you to be happy with your model.

 

If you have any queries regarding your model when you receive it, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

We do not have a large model railway layout, which limits our ability to test our trains. This means that occasionally there may be an issue with how the models runs on your layout.

 

We understand this and we are more than happy to do our best to rectify any issues you may have.
